Scheduler lag is the seconds since the background loop last completed a pass. Under about 60 seconds
is healthy; beyond that /healthz returns 503 and the operator is paged. Pending sworn passes
are second passes waiting for their minute to elapse. Queued deliveries briefly above zero is normal:
those are webhook retries in flight. Voided purchases are verdicts whose payment never settled; they
were never delivered and are counted here so the figure is public.
